Oenophilia
Wine, my friend, how do I love thee?
Not - according to The Philosopher - as a friend: "it would surely be ridiculous to wish wine well; if one wishes anything for it, it is that it may keep, so that one may have it oneself."
(Ethica Nicomachea, Bk. VIII, Ch. 2)

You have to be careful with certain terms. I referenced my father and his wife as oenophiles while in Western Michigan and the facial expression my comment inspired suggested, "I only know one word that ends in 'phile', and it ain't a good one."

Ha - I see what you mean. And "oeno" is kind of a strange-sounding prefix, which might connote some kind of prurient or perverse predilection.
